A few days ago I received something in the post from Liberty, to let me know about their sale preview. So far, so ordinary. However, what I really liked was when I opened it up, the first thing I noticed was something saying
We noticed that you haven’t spent your Liberty Loyalty voucher that was sent to you in March. In case you’ve lost it here’s a replacement…
I’m now feeling doubly pleased, as not only did they sent me a £10 voucher in March (which I’d forgotten about), they’ve sent me it again to make sure I can use it. This makes me feel good, and it will help drive me back in store too, which is the whole point of the piece of direct mail. Nice work Liberty!
